The project is currently based in Juba, South Sudan and it is still under development.
A project is a professional arrangement with detailed goals or objectives, work structure to be executed during a framed time and estimated costs, so it requires professional management (Turner 2009).
The need for 3W Business Consultant project is to advance and make sure that the chosen project (any project) focuses on the intended objectives and will provide the expected benefits to project owner and its stakeholders; which are in this 3W Business Consultant solutions: business owner, South Sudanese business owners, international business owners in South and the general public.
A project has 4 phases or stages such as: feasibility phase, design and development phase, execution phase, commissioning and handover phase (Burk 2010).
Based on the above information, 3W Business Consultant is still going through the above mentioned 4 phases. Phase one is already done, and the project is currently in phase two. Phase three will start on August 2017 and finish by October 2017. In addition, the handover and operations will start in November 2017.
By then all the required information by the interested business people and others will be available.
